Groom Wedding Speeches - Do and Dont's

Groom wedding speeches do's:

1. Be relaxed. After all, this is your wedding. You're the star of the show. Everyone here came for you. There's no need for you to impress nobody. Just deliver it...that's it.

2. Practice. Today. Get some groom wedding speeches and try to rehearse them just for the sake of practicing. Believe me, you won't realize how powerful this advice it until you start implementing it.

3. Be expressive. Show your emotions. Do not afraid someone will judge you. After all, your family and friends are here. You don't even have to abide strictly by the speech. Use some variations like commenting on something that happened in the church or reception. Your guests will love it.

Groom wedding speech dont's:

1. DO NOT try too hard. We both know that can't help you very much. Try to do the speech from your heart. Speak from your heart. Be natural. Show that you are caring emotional person (which is also a good thing to do for the ladies who are listening, by the way). But please, PLEASE...don't push yourself too much out of your comfort zone. After all, it's just a speech in front of your family and friends. That's all.

2. Don't drink before the speech. There's an old saying: "Everyone likes a drink but NO ONE likes a drunk.". Drinking one glass of wine to get you relaxed might be good. But drinking 5 glasses of wine isn't a situation you would want to be in.

3. Why so serious? Make it funny. Weddings are serious ceremonies anyway so speeches are great ways to make them more entertaining.
